Dress for Success: We contribute to Dress for Success, an organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing professional attire, career development tools, and support networks.
Global Fund for Women: We support the Global Fund for Women’s mission to advance gender equality and human rights by funding women-led organizations and movements around the world.
Malala Fund: We’re supporters of the Malala Fund, founded by Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai, which advocates for girls’ education and empowers young women to achieve their potential through education.

Women’s Empowerment Programs
NOVA Mapo first began implementing women’s empowerment programming in the factories we partner with in 2020.
Nearly 50% of our NOVA Mapo Made product volume is made in factories that invest in women’s empowerment programs. By the end of 2025, we expect 90% or more of our NOVA Mapo Made product volume to be produced in facilities with women’s empowerment programs. We’re actively expanding production in factories that have made this commitment as we work to achieve our 2025 goal.
These programs have ripple effects that benefit families and entire communities by providing valuable skills and education that can help people thrive at work and beyond. Our factory partners have also seen business benefits as a result of the program, including reduced absenteeism and turnover..
